General Summary of Position: The Sales Administrative Assistant will support a sales office and team. This role provides essential administrative and project support, ensuring smooth operations within the department. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities: Provide project support to the sales department as needed Greet, assist, and direct employees, new hires, and candidates for hire Assist in planning and preparing meetings and conference calls Track, transcribe, and distribute meeting notes, minutes, and agendas Maintain department goals and metrics Provide word-processing and secretarial support Receive, direct, and relay telephone and fax messages Manage calendars and ensure all daily meeting schedules are current Facilitate and assist in resolving IT issues Run reports from Salesforce.com and distribute as needed Coordinate training materials and onboarding for new hires

Required Qualifications: Proven experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in sales or a corporate environment Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM software is a plus Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
