Main responsibilities will include:

• Optimise spare parts storage with respect to usable life and storage space constraints

• Dynamically update part availability to attain zero stock out of parts

• Track procurement receipt, handling, and storage of operation spares and materials

• Maintain minimum/maximum stock levels at all times

• Conduct periodic audits to ensure adherence to agreed storage conditions and preservation routines

• Assist in handling obsolescence and improving usable part life

• Track parts consumption and update planning dynamically

• Carry out cycle counting based on criticality, parts consumption, and parts value

About you:

• Ideally Level 2 or 3 education in engineering

• Good knowledge of mechanical and electrical parts, understanding of engineering principals

• Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic drawings is an advantage

• Ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams

• Proactive and decisive teammate with good interpersonal skills

• Proficient in English
