The salary range for this role is:\$27.60 - \$34.60 Responsibilities: The Crew Leader maintains, adjusts, and operates various pieces of labeling and production equipment. Crew Leaders trouble-shoot and repair equipment failures. Crew Leaders train and oversee employees in order to ensure production, quality, and safety goals are met. Crew Leaders develop procedures in support of training and production operations. In addition, this position works with other plant personnel in a team environment and complies with company policy, regulatory and company standards. Food Safety & Quality Responsibilities include: Ensure product safety through enforcement of company policy and regulatory standards. Enforce company quality standards. Properly segregate restricted or held product. Safely perform a variety of skilled maintenance work and troubleshooting to maintain the various labeling and production equipment to ensure production levels are met. Train and lead seasonal employees. Ensures compliance with all approved and applicable safety rules in the employee\'s area of responsibility. Supports and facilitates the implementation of the facility\'s Continuous Improvement (C.I.) initiatives. Responsible for cleanliness of working area and production zones. Coordinate the review of records for the warehouse. Ability to work together with employees within your department and within other departments. Assist on projects or work in different departments as needed or requested by your supervisor. Troubleshoot and repair equipment to minimize downtime to provide a safe work environment.
