The Hispanic Strategy BPC, Health & Wellness Team is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Analyst to support our Front Store Merchandising organization. This position will play a critical role in shaping the customer experience across 7,000+ stores. This position is instrumental in delivering the best products and promotions to our customers by leveraging strong analytical skills to evaluate sales trends, identify opportunities and optimize merchandising strategies.

With a focus on data driven decisions-making, this role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive innovative solutions and enhance our product offerings and promotional effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Assists in the planning and execution of promotional campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and sales of BPC & Healthcare products or services. 15%

  • Develops and reviews promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, digital ads, and other marketing collateral. 15%

  • Collects and analyzes data to evaluate the performance of promotional campaigns by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), such as response rates, conversions, and ROI, and providing insights and recommendations for optimization. 15%

  • Conducts market research and analysis to gather insights on customer preferences, market trends, and marketing advances within the industry. 10%

  • Assists in the implementation of digital marketing strategies, including email marketing, social media campaigns, and website promotions.10%

  • Coordinates closely with internal stakeholders, such as product managers, sales teams, and creative agencies, to align promotional strategies with business objectives.10%

  • Develops reports and dashboards to present data and insights to stakeholders and senior management.10%

  • Actively contributes to team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and collaborative projects, including sharing ideas, providing feedback, and contributing to the overall goals and objectives of the team.5%

  • Coordinate and manage New Item set up and maintenance for planogram and mid-year items.5%

  • Coordinate and manage of off-shelf programs with key suppliers, setting up programs and running off-shelf reporting.5%

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of full-time work experience in a retail and/or corporate environment

  • 2+ years’ experience using pricing/promotional strategies, including customer research, problem definition, prototype development and iteration, etc.

  • 2+ years experience building and delivering leadership-facing presentations and materials

  • 2+ years’ experience analyzing and synthesizing data

  • 2+ years’ experience successfully building reports and dashboards to communicate data trends and forecasts

  • 1+ year experience analyzing market trends

  • Strong interpersonal skills as demonstrated by successful collaboration to achieve shared goals

  • Strong time management skills, evidenced by experience being accountable to multiple deliverables on staggered deadlines

  • Strong personal integrity and judgment, evidenced by a track record of managing highly-sensitive or highly-visible business matters

  • Strong communication skills in both formal and informal writing and speech

  • Strong ability to build fast, credible relationships with leaders, peers and clients

  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to process data, identify problems, and make effective decisions

  • Basic awareness of problem solving and decision making skills

  • Proven track record of high performance

  • Demonstrated growth mindset and willingness to learn and accept feedback

  • Regular and reliable attendance

  • Any additional tasks as required by the supervisor or manager

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and Outlook

  • Associates degree, or equivalent experience required.

  • Travel - up to 10% travel may be required, based on needs of the business

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of full-time work experience in a retail and/or corporate environment

  • 3+ years’ experience using pricing/promotional strategies, including user research, problem definition, prototype development and iteration, etc.

  • 3+ years’ experience building and delivering leadership-facing presentations and materials

  • 3+ years’ experience analyzing and synthesizing data

  • 3+ years’ experience successfully building reports and dashboards to communicate data trends and forecasts

  • 2+ years’ experience analyzing market trends

  • Advanced awareness of problem solving and decision making skills

  • Advanced level skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • Ability to influence leaders to change thinking

  • Certified Market Research Analyst (CMRA) preferred.

  • Bachelors Degree

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,888.00 - $85,068.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
