BayCare Health System Assistant Nurse Manager - NICU - Nights in Plant City, Florida
BayCare Health System is currently seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager to join our outstanding and compassionate NICU unit at South Florida Baptist Hospital.
Position Description: Assistant Nurse Manager
The Assistant Nurse Manager (Supervisor) is proficient in the care of a patient population utilizing effective management skills. Supports the Nurse Manager in a supervisory capacity while managing team member and patient care issues, ongoing team member performance appraisal and the hiring , counseling and terminating process. Acts as a role model for other team members and the communication of organizational information. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Registered Nurse license
BLS
2 years RN acute care experience
BSN or BS in health related field
1 year Leadership experience
1 year RN NICU experience
