Job Description

An employer is looking for a Technical Analyst to sit remotely. As a part of the digital/ ecommerce team, you will primarily be working closely with engineering and QA teams in an Agile fashion to understand APIs and integrations for the digital order/ payment systems. You will gather technical requirements and translate them into technical user stories for engineers/ devops personnel. You will assist in leading Agile ceremonies and partner closely with the product owner. Additional tasks will include refining user stories, technical documentation, develop use cases, determine acceptance criteria for automation and work with technical teams to document data flow diagrams/ system integration workflows.

Skills and Requirements

7+ years experience in a business systems analyst

Well versed with API integrations and sequence diagrams, workflows

Experience working with back end engineering teams, writing user stories/ technical documentation

Experience writing test cases and acceptance criteria

Experience defining product metrics/ baselines

Strong Agile/ Scrum knowledge

Jira/ Confluence experience Gitlab experience null
