Job Description
The Front Office Admin/Member Support Specialist 2 will serve as the primary point of contact for employees and visitors, ensuring a seamless and welcoming environment. This role requires a tech-savvy individual with strong organizational skills to manage daily operations, events, and amenities while leveraging tools like G Suite and Jira.
Responsibilities
Create a welcoming atmosphere for employees and visitors, serving as the first point of contact and embodying the company's values.
Uphold office policies and guidelines.
Be a resource for employees, addressing inquiries and providing assistance related to workplace services and amenities.
Greet and assist visitors, managing check-in procedures and providing necessary information to enhance their experience.
Utilize G Suite applications (Google Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.) for efficient communication, documentation, and calendar management.
Manage and track workplace-related requests and issues through Jira.
Collaborate with the security team and onsite management to address maintenance, deliveries, and other operational needs.
Coordinate and manage calendars for meetings, events, and appointments, ensuring effective use of shared spaces.
Collaborate with team members to plan and execute onsite meetings, including organizing catering, assisting with event logistics, and managing room setup and breakdown.
Maintain inventory of office supplies and amenities, requesting replacements as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor and support the implementation of health and safety practices on site, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Essential Skills
2-3 years of administrative experience with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in G Suite applications with a strong ability to train and assist others.
Experience with Jira or similar ticketing systems preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or workplace services is a plus.
Work Environment
On-site office setting with approximately 160 people. The office fosters a tight-knit community and includes a fitness center equipped with Peloton equipment. The location is also conveniently close to restaurants for lunches.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $18.00/hr.
