Key Responsibilities:

  • Team with leaders from Industry Strategy and Solution Development to introduce and align the campaign prioritization and development to account for and incorporate the partner value into our outbound activities. Act as lead liaison between marketing and sales and product development teams around channel and partner strategies and marketing programs and execution. Where appropriate drive alignment of partner marketing plans and activities across Siemens DI Software and other Siemens business units.

  • Lead a team of strategic partner marketers to work with our strategic partners and Siemens’ partnership stakeholders to develop and coordinate joint marketing plans to support the joint business goals of the partnership. This team also drives the internal development and execution of marketing activities leveraging the Siemens DI Software go to market processes and resources. They are also responsible for maintaining a comprehensive plan or record of all marketing activities tied to the partnership and reporting on the performance as applicable.

Skills and Abilities Required:

  • This position requires an individual who has both strong marketing and sales acumen with strong collaboration and influencing skills. Additional required skills include:

  • Proven coaching abilities and a track record of developing and guiding high performing teams.

  • A high degree of data and analytical skills with the ability to bring learnings and findings into business conversations at various levels of the organization.

  • Proven experience driving the marketing and comarketing strategies across a portfolio of strategic alliance partnerships within the B2B technology space.

  • Highly familiar and versed in operating strategic partner programs in the SaaS/cloud business environment.

  • Strong project management skills and adept modeling and managing large and complex budgets.

  • Ability to work and deliver on team deadlines with high quality outputs.

  • Highly motivated, inquisitive, and persistent.

  • Highly collaborative and goal/results oriented.

  • Fluent in English and highly effective at presenting across a wide range of functional and organizational roles.

Education and Experience Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on alliance management.

  • At least 5 years of leadership experience managing teams in global demographics and time zones.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful partner marketing programs that drive revenue growth and market expansion.

  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Experience working in a global environment with cross-functional teams and diverse partner ecosystems.

  • Proven partner marketing and channel management experience in the B2B software industry. Domain experience within the design and manufacturing software market is preferred.

Siemens Software. Transform the Everyday

The salary range for this position is $162,600 to $292,700 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
