Overview
The Associate Director, Program Management – Integrated Strategy is responsible for executing and overseeing complex agency programs spanning paid media, CRM, and commerce for a global brand. This process-driven role demands an entrepreneurial leader who enforces process rigor, ensures campaign completion, and maintains high standards of quality. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver and strong collaborator who holds contributors accountable, communicates diplomatically, and confidently manages executive stakeholders while coordinating with both internal teams and external agencies.
This is a hybrid role in our Plano, Texas office (3 days onsite per week, with option to work from home 2 days per week).
Responsibilities
Campaign Process Oversight:
End-to-End Execution: Oversee the planning, management, and successful completion of integrated marketing campaigns across paid media, CRM, and commerce.
Schedule & Budget Management: Ensure all projects meet deadlines and stay within budget, employing both top-down and bottom-up estimation techniques.
Process Management & Quality Assurance:
Standardization: Develop and maintain detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process frameworks that drive consistency and quality across all initiatives.
Performance Tracking: Implement robust tracking systems and quality checkpoints to monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and enforce accountability throughout the campaign lifecycle.
Cross-Agency & Cross-Functional Coordination:
Central Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the brand’s internal teams and external agency partners, ensuring seamless communication and strategic alignment.
Collaborative Execution: Facilitate smooth hand-offs and information flow between diverse teams to support cohesive campaign execution.
Scope & Risk Management:
Defining & Adjusting Scope: Collaborate with stakeholders to clearly define project scope and manage change effectively through a structured escalation and risk mitigation process.
Margin Oversight: Monitor financial performance, ensuring campaigns are delivered within the established margins and proactively address any deviations.
Stakeholder & Executive Communication:
Regular Updates: Provide transparent, detailed progress reports and insights to executive stakeholders, ensuring they are informed and aligned with campaign developments.
Diplomatic Engagement: Utilize strong communication and conflict resolution skills to manage challenging situations and drive consensus in large group settings.
Team Leadership & Accountability:
Guiding the Team: Lead and mentor the program management team, fostering an environment of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Process Enforcement: Hold contributors accountable to established processes and deadlines, ensuring every campaign phase adheres to rigorous standards.
Continuous Improvement:
Post-Campaign Analysis: Lead debrief sessions to capture lessons learned, refine existing processes, and drive operational improvements for future campaigns.
Feedback Integration: Incorporate stakeholder feedback and performance data to enhance overall efficiency and campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
Experience:
7+ years managing medium to large-scale digital programs, including in a digital or marketing agency, with demonstrated responsibility for initiatives generating $5M+ in revenue.
Proven expertise in digital marketing disciplines including paid media, CRM, and commerce preferred.
Agency & Cross-Functional Expertise:
Experience with distributed delivery models, leading diverse teams, and coordinating with multiple agencies in a global, multi-cultural environment.
Process & Project Management:
Strong background in process-driven project management, with proficiency in methodologies such as SAFe Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, or Hybrid.
Effective systems thinking with the ability to manage interconnectivity across multiple workstreams.
Leadership & Communication Skills:
Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams, influence decision-makers with clear storytelling and data insights, and confidently present to senior leaders.
Exceptional negotiation, conflict resolution, and diplomatic communication skills.
Self-directive Mindset:
Entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver.
Strong collaborator who holds team members accountable while driving a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Compensation Range: $110,580 - $158,865 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
