We are offering an exciting opportunity in the not for profit industry, located in PLAINVIEW, New York, United States. We are seeking a meticulous Payroll Administrator to join our workforce, where you will be tasked with handling a variety of payroll and accounting functions.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process payroll for a large volume of employees on a bi-weekly cycle.

• Utilize Paycom.

• Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance in payroll activities.

• Manage the administration of 401k - RRSP and other benefit functions.

• Maintain up-to-date, accurate records of payroll transactions and employee information.

• Handle customer inquiries related to payroll and benefits.

• Take appropriate actions on customer accounts as necessary.

• Continuously update and maintain accurate customer credit records.

• Use About Time software for effective time and attendance management.

• Collaborate with the broader team to ensure smooth operation of all accounting functions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems such as ADP and Paycom

• Experience in 401k - RRSP Administration

• Ability to use About Time software

• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions

• Experience in Auditing

• Knowledge of Benefit Functions

• Proficiency in using Paycom software
