Job Description

We are actively hiring for an experienced Manufacturing Production Associate, where you will be integral in producing a variety of plastic compounds used in multiple industries such as home/consumer goods and the automotive sector. You will be responsible for maintaining and meeting all production goals, ensuring productivity, and achieving complete customer satisfaction through high production value and employee effectiveness.

Hard Skills

• 2+ Years Production Experience

• Ability to lift 55lbs Consistently

• General Labor

• 2+ Year Sit Down Forklift operation

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 3 Month(s).

3rd Shift

8pm-6:30am

Monday-Thursday

Work Environment

You will be part of a small team of 5-10 people within a large facility. The environment is fast-paced, team-oriented, loud, and can vary in cleanliness depending on the area. Your role will involve various tasks depending on the facility’s needs, requiring flexibility and a readiness to assist where necessary. Steel Toed Shoes are required.
