We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Client Service Associate to join our North America Distribution team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA - HYBRID. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Work with external clients to resolve complex day-to-day issues and directs them to appropriate resources at BNY Mellon Supporting clients in addressing and resolving complex operational and technical issues and ensuring requests are executed Applying advanced problem-solving skills, judgement, and experience to analyze information Using developed communication skills to deliver high quality service to a specialized client base Providing clients information related to BNY Mellon's products and services representing an array of lines of business and geographies and leverages an in-depth understanding of broader BNY Mellon services and offerings Proactively assisting clients in reviewing potential business needs and directing them to appropriate resources at BNY Mellon. Central point of contact for business development and assume client onboarding and/or risk management responsibilities Resolving complex or non-routine client issues or inquires Contribute to business development efforts using in-depth knowledge of client issues and needs Understanding of BNY Mellon products and services to best propose expanded offerings to clients for front office consideration. Leading and participating in internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the client experience. Helping develop process improvements. Providing guidance to less experienced team members. Supporting multiple, complex client accounts.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required 5-7 years of total work experience preferred FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses preferred.  If not licensed the successful candidate will be required to successfully complete licenses within the first 6 months in the role. Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred.
