Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Product Support Specialist in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States. This role primarily involves supporting operational functions, delivering high-quality work independently, and continuously adapting in a dynamic work environment. The industry focus of this role is largely within financial services and requires a strong inclination towards analytical thinking, problem-solving, and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers.

• Managing and prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously to ensure all responsibilities are completed.

• Applying analytical thinking in decision-making processes to solve complex issues.

• Collaborating with cross-functional partners to foster a team-oriented work environment.

• Demonstrating sound judgment and proactive problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries.

• Ensuring high-quality work delivery while working independently or virtually.

• Utilizing Citrix and Cloud Technologies to support operational functions.

• Leveraging Google Workspace tools and Apple iOS knowledge to manage and monitor customer accounts.

• Working with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess and drive performance.

• Ensuring flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Requirements • Proficiency in Citrix Technologies

• Experience with Cloud Technologies

• Knowledge of Computer Hardware

• Familiarity with About Time software

• Understanding of Active Directory

• Proficiency in Backup Technologies

• Excellent Communication skills

• Knowledge of Apple iOS

• Experience with Apple iPhone troubleshooting

• Proficiency in using Apple Macintosh

• Familiarity with Apple OS

• Experience using Google Apps

• Proficiency in Google Workspace

• Familiarity with Google Suite

• Experience with Google Tag Manager

• Knowledge of Google Web Toolkit
