Kelly Services is actively recruiting for a IT Support for a 6 Month Contract opportunity in Pittsburgh, PA.

This will be a hybrid position, 3 days in office, 2 remote. Duration is 6 months.

This position coordinates the activities of the regional members of the IT service desk and PC client field engineer support functions. This includes monitoring and oversight of submitted IT incidents, service requests and potential escalations. It further includes alignment with the global service desk management team, other regional service desk representatives, and primary outsourcing service providers. This position requires proven working knowledge and understanding of IT operations, workplace support processes, change management processes, service delivery management processes, ITIL and ITSM.

This position will interact and align with third party IT service providers supporting the Client organization.

This position requires a minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in a service desk / service delivery coordination role. Position requires strong verbal/writing communication skills. Candidate must possess a strong sense of ownership, teamwork orientation, and collaboration mindset.

IT Technical Degree preferred.
