REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, health care, or related field or HS Diploma or equivalent plus 7 Years Relevant experience

  • 3+ years of experience in providing administrative support to corporate executives and/or governing boards.

  • Must be able to work as a highly functioning member of a team, maintain a high level of confidentiality and be able to work effectively with all levels of the organization.

  • Must have commandment of effective oral/written communication skills.

  • Act 33/34 and 72 Clearances

  • Pre-Employment drug screening

SCHEDULE: Primarily Daylight Monday – Friday (this is an exempt position)

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Executive Assistant provides dedicated administrative and project support to the COO, VP of Behavioral Health and VP of Community/Wellness Services, the Training and Development Manager, and the Compliance/Quality/Risk Department at Pittsburgh Mercy. The position also provides support to Bethlehem Haven. The duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the executive offices. Supports a variety of tasks related to organization and communication of the executive functions including managing confidential and time sensitive material delivering high quality support in a timely manner.
