Admissions Administrator

 

The Department of Physician Assistant Studies within the School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences is seeking an Admissions Administrator to assist in the administration and coordination of the admissions process for our Master of Science programs. Our programs include a residential program as well as a hybrid program.

Job Summary

 

Coordinates the admissions process for applicants to include active correspondence with and visit logistics for prospective students. Participates in recruitment activities and projects.

Essential Functions

Coordinates the admissions process for applicants to include active correspondence with and visit logistics for prospective students. Participates in recruitment activities and projects.

Successful execution of responsibilities will require heavy use of computer/internet, phone, and ability to periodically travel to campus or local and potentially national recruiting events.

Physical Effort

Minimal physical effort required. May occasionally be required to carry/lift bags boxes weighing up to 10-15 pounds. Must be able to travel to campus when required, or travel to local or potentially national recruiting events.
