We are on the lookout for a dynamic and energetic Utility Operator to join our exceptional team! If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves taking on new challenges, this is the perfect opportunity for you. 1st shift- $16 per hour, In this role, you'll be at the heart of our operations, following written instructions including user guides, work aids, and control plans with precision. You will take on a variety of exciting tasks such as transporting reels and spools, scrap removal, miscellaneous laboring tasks, and providing vital relief during breaks and lunches. Your support for Team Leaders by performing quality tasks and hands-on employee training will be key to our success. You'll also get your hands dirty uncrating rubber and using the cyclone system to pump-up silica tanks as needed. Adhering to set process parameters and maintaining top-notch 5-S standards within the department are crucial aspects of this role. Safety is a top priority at Microporous, and we expect our Utility Operators to work safely and exhibit behaviors consistent with our core values, contributing to our Environmental Safety and Health Policy. Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Steel Toe Shoes or Boots are required for this role
