This position will be part of the North America Beverage organization. Job Description: The Sales Learning Sr. Associate contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by being responsible for staffing support within the Southwest Market and the tracking, supporting, and analyzing of weekly metrics for the Denver S&D location. This position consists of supporting the Market Director and Human Resources team for the Southwest Market.

Responsibilities\ - Facilitate new hire orientation (in person and virtual)\ - Partner with ADP with new hire process\ - Analyze staffing trends and communicate needs to Hiring Managers for Southwest S&D\ - Provide consistent communication with candidates throughout their hiring process\ - Conduct and schedule interviews for various frontline roles in Phoenix and Goodyear\ - Report out to GMs the status of frontline staffing on periodic calls\ - Attend local career fairs in the Phoenix area\ - Support and review job postings\ - Develop, maintain and distribute current reports and scorecards\ - Analytic projects Position Level.

Compensation & Benefits:\ - The expected compensation range for this position is between \$50,600 - \$75,950 based on a full-time schedule.\ - Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.\ - Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.\ - In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan.

Qualifications\ - Bachelors degree and/or equivalent work experience\ - Greater than 1 year of experience in Sales Analysis\ - Advanced user of Word, Excel, Power Point, Access\ - Good in English (both written and oral)\ - Strong Analytical Skills\ - Good Interpersonal Skills\ - Ability to professionally interact with all levels of the business; both verbally and written\ - Function independently with minimal direction; ability to prioritize multiple tasks\ - Ability to complete highly complex tasks in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
