THE BUSINESS UNIT

The Corporate Strategic Business Group (CORP SBG) at Honeywell is a division focused on corporate-level functions and initiatives that support the overall operations and strategy of the company. It is responsible for overseeing areas such as finance, legal, human resources, communications, and corporate governance, working closely with other business units and SBGs to ensure alignment and coordination across the organization. The CORP SBG plays a crucial role in the overall strategic direction and management of Honeywell's corporate functions and operations, supporting the company's business objectives.

Execute Honeywell IT strategies to facilitate effective deployment of new business systems to improve Honeywell business results. You will be the liaison between the business and IT solutions to define customer requirements for deployment of new business applications. You will support process redesign and provide training to users to facilitate rapid adoption to applications. Your technical and project management skills will be key to ensuring delivery of highly effective solutions that improve IT user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • SAP Order to Cash – End to End accountability in Customer Order Management, Invoicing, Accounts Receivables, Pricing, Master Data Management, Customer Delivery (On Time to First Promise), Collaboration with Marketing and Commercial excellence etc

  • Strong Order Management skillset (Orders, Contracts, Quotes, Pricing)

  • Ability to grow and learn, adopt complex processes and solutions

  • Adaptive and able to work well cross functionally for rapid problem solving and solution.

  • Affinity for independent work, self-starting

  • Solutioning Mindset – ability to receive business requirements and solution best practice

  • RICEF Design/Documentation

  • Business Requirements Analysis

  • Document requirements

  • Identify/resolve process gaps

  • Document new processes

  • Support user adoption plans

  • Assist with test strategy and execution

  • Support Super Users

  • Assist leaders to manage change management

You must have:

  • 5+ years of overall SAP SD professional experience

  • 5+ years of consulting, IT, or comparable experience

  • 1+ SAP End to End implementation experience

  • Demonstrated experience in process design, software/solution configuration, functional specification development, testing and training

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience

  • 25% Travel as per project/workshop requirements

  • S4 HANA and/or BRIM experience

  • Knowledge of SFDC, SAP CPQ
