Job Summary


The Product Deployment Analyst is responsible for supporting the execution and maintenance of products and systems that support customer needs and company objectives. The Product Deployment Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery and customer adoption.

Education and Experience


Required:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, marketing, or a related experience U.S. Citizen Must be able to receive a favorable Interim and adjudicated final Department of Defense (DoD) background investigation Proven experience in product management, with a track record of successfully supporting products launches from conception to implementation, to replacement/retirement Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Strong knowledge of workflow and product management processes and best practices Excellent project management, analytical and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities


Assist in creating and updating support documentation, knowledge base articles and FAQs for customers and internal teams. Support market research and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges. Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and competitiveness. Support the product lifecycle from concept to launch to sustainment to retirement to include troubleshooting and resolving post-deployment issues. Provide guidance and assistance to users. Collaborate with the implementation team to address complex issues that require further investigation. Document and track issues, resolutions, and feedback in the issue tracking system. Conduct root cause analysis to identify recurring problems and suggest improvements to prevent future issues. Assist in creating and updating support documentation, knowledge base articles, and FAQs for customers and internal teams. Monitor deployment metrics and report on deployment performance to stakeholders.

Working Conditions


Working Conditions:

Onsite: Works within a standard office environment Remote: Private and secure work space and work station with high speed internet is required. Availability to work non-regular hours as required Extensive computer work with long periods of sitting

Annual base salary for Colorado, Hawaii and Washington State residents: $129,000- $165,000 depending on experience
