Belcan is actively seeking to hire a Quality Engineer to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This full-time, direct position offers full benefits and the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to excellence in quality engineering. Ideal candidates will bring a technical engineering degree and relevant experience in quality engineering, with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough quality investigations and coordinate the communication of failure analysis reports with stakeholders.
Analyze and report on first-pass yield data, driving quality improvements and operational efficiency.
Lead and coordinate meetings with stakeholders to advance investigations and reach effective conclusions.
Mentor team members on quality-related issues, fostering a collaborative and proactive quality culture.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for reviews, ensuring transparency and effective communication of quality metrics.
Lead Multi-Component Analysis Board (MCAB) meetings, presenting findings and guiding discussions on quality enhancements.
Essential Qualifications:
A Bachelor"s degree in Engineering or related discipline from an accredited institution, or a combination of education and extensive professional experience.
Proficient in data analysis, with a keen ability to identify trends, root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Strong communication skills, capable of effectively coordinating with stakeholders and leading quality discussions.
Independent and motivated, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment requiring minimal supervision.
Team-oriented, with a belief in the power of collaboration and teamwork.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with SAP.
Due to the nature of the work, US Citizenship is required.
Desired Skills:
Prior experience in electronic manufacturing and/or electronic assembly environments.
Background in the aerospace manufacturing industry.
Lean Six Sigma certification or experience.

Salary guidelines for similar roles at Belcan are $32.00-42.00 per hour.
