We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join a great team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and financial support to our team of 30 HVAC service technicians. This full-time role is fully on-site in Phoenix, Arizona.

Pay: $32-35/hr (DOE)

Duration: contract, potential contract to hire

Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm

Location: fully on-site - Phoenix, AZ 85034

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with service technicians and provide them with necessary administrative support.

• Approve timesheets daily and reconcile job costs to ensure accurate billing.

• Manage material purchasing and ordering, ensuring adequate stock and timely delivery.

• Perform administrative tasks including managing work orders, billing workups, and job reconciliations.

• Navigate day to day dispatching operations, coordinating effectively with the team.

• Maintain a clear and organized system of purchase ordering.

• Work closely with the financial administration, providing needed documentation and facilitating smooth operations.

  Requirements

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills & a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently is necessary.

You will play a crucial role in coordinating our operational processes, thereby contributing directly to the quality of service provided.
