Contract Duration: 12 Months

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ months of experience in Loan Workout, Commercial Lending, or a related field (finance, banking, administration, loan processing).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and OneNote.

• Experience using Adobe Pro or Adobe Reader to combine documents.

• Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to follow structured procedures.

• Understanding of loan processing and banking operations.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience supporting legal or litigation-related processes.

• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external legal partners.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

What You Will Be Doing

• Access multiple systems to retrieve and compile media items related to loans.

• Package materials into PDFs and send them to external law firms.

• Assist with creating and maintaining reports in Microsoft Excel.

• Manage and organize lists in E-Car.

• Support various legal remedy projects as needed.

• Provide information and support to internal Loan Workout personnel.
