Honeywell Lead Systems Engineer in Phoenix, Arizona

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Aircraft Systems Lead to support the Dassault Falcon F10X program. This role is responsible for the technical leadership, integration, and execution of aircraft systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business jet systems, a passion for cutting-edge aviation technology, and a proven track record in managing complex aircraft systems development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development, integration, and validation of aircraft systems across the Falcon F10X program lifecycle.

  • Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams including systems engineers, suppliers, and certification specialists to ensure alignment with program objectives.

  • Oversee system-level requirements definition, allocation, verification, and validation.

  • Serve as the primary technical interface for assigned systems with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Ensure compliance with airworthiness standards (e.g., EASA/FAA Part 25) and Dassault Aviation quality/process requirements.

  • Manage risks, issues, and change control related to aircraft systems.

  • Support design reviews, test campaigns, flight test activities, and certification efforts.

  • Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and integration of new technologies relevant to business jets.

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization

Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

  • 8+ years of experience in aircraft systems engineering, preferably in business or commercial aviation.
