Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Inventory Clerk in the telecom services industry, located in Phoenix, Arizona. The role involves managing the company's inventory and using various tools and systems to ensure optimal inventory control.

Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory levels by tracking and forecasting supply and demand.

• Utilize Oracle and other ERP software tools to maintain inventory records and manage warehouse operations.

• Engage in process mapping and inventory replenishment to ensure smooth workflow and availability of inventory when needed.

• Oversee vendor management inventory to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials.

• Implement advanced inventory management concepts and systems to optimize inventory control.

• Experience with Cable Billing Solutions such as ACP will be an advantage.

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suites, including Excel, for data entry and inventory management tasks.

• Handle cash activity and cash handling responsibilities when necessary.

• Provide excellent customer service by resolving customer inquiries related to inventory.

• Leverage skills in 'ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning' and 'IBM AS/400' to optimize inventory processes. Requirements • Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions

• Experience with IBM AS/400 system

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suites

• Familiarity with About Time software

• Experience in Cash Activity and Cash Handling

• Excellent Customer Service skills

• Proficient in Data Entry tasks

• Knowledge of Oracle software

• Previous experience in a telecom services industry is preferred

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• High level of integrity and discretion.
