Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Finance Specialist in Phoenix, Arizona
Description
As part of the Accounts Payable Team, the Finance Specialist is responsible for accurate and timely payroll and procurement processing for Devereux-Arizona Centers. This position acts as a support to the Finance Department and is the liaison between the financial department and Devereux-Arizona programs. The Finance Specialist performs billing and collection duties for assigned funders, completes all EHR adjustments, ensures thorough paperwork, and acts as a back-up for accounts payable and payment posting responsibilities.
Pay Range: $20.05 - $22.05/hr.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm (Hybrid)

Qualifications
Minimum High School Diploma/GED is required
One (1) year of related experience (procurement, payroll, accounts payable, accounting support role)
Experience with vendor contracts, purchasing, Oracle and Kronos
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications
OTHER:
Must be 21 years of age or older (per licensing standards)
Valid Driver's License & pass DMV 36-month history check
Pre-employment Physical and Physical Abilities Test (if applicable)
Drug test within 24hrs of offer w/ negative results
Current AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card with no restrictions ( or eligibility to obtain with no restrictions). Arizona Revised Statues Notice (ARS 36-411 Residential care institutions; nursing care institutions; home health agencies; fingerprinting requirements; exemptions; definitions). If a person's employment record contains a six-month or longer time frame during which the person was not employed by any employer, a completed application with a new set of fingerprints shall be submitted to the department of public safety.
