CMI Group is looking to hire hand finishers at our NORTH & SOUTH Phoenix locations!
Defense & Aerospace Machine Shops
Eligible for Quarterly Shop Bonus Plan!
- Day Shift: 6am - 3:30 Monday - Friday
- Night Shift: 3:30pm - 2am Monday - Thursday
- Weekend Shift: Friday, Saturday & Sunday 6am - 6:30pm (work 36 hours, get paid for 40)
Basic Qualifications:
DEBURR/HANDFINISH PARTS PER SKETCH/BLUE PRINT INSTRUCTIONS AND OR DEPARTMENT/LEAD/SUPERVISOR INSTRUCTIONS READ AND UNDERSTAND BASIC BLUE PRINT NOTES AND DEBURR SKETCHES
COMMUNICATE AND FOLLOW VERBAL INSTRUCTIONS
Other experience that includes:
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE USING A MICRO BLASTER IS A PLUS
THE USE OF MICROSCOPES
HAND HELD AIR AND ELECTRIC DEBURRING TOOLS
KNOWLEDGE AND USE OF DEBURRING ABRASIVES,AND BURRS FOR SEPCIFIC MATERIALS
Preferred Skills:
MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE
CLEANING OF PARTS AS NECCESARY
Physical Requirements:
ABLE TO LIFT UP TO 35 LBS
ABILITY TO SIT AT WORK STATION FOR EXTENDED PERIODS OF TIME
