Our team is looking to fill several Financial Services positions for our client in North Phoenix. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with an established company in the financial field while utilizing your customer service skills to assist callers with their accounts and credit cards. Shift: Monday-Sunday; 5:00am – 7:00pm (8 hour shift, multiple shifts available depending on availabilit) Pay: $20/hr, weekly pay Duration: 3 Months, temp to hire! Location: Phoenix, AZ 85027 (ONSITE) Start: June 17th (July classes available as well)

Responsibilities
Hours: 5am-7pm (8 hour shifts, multiple shifts available depending on availability)
You will work as a Customer Service Rep and will be responsible for providing quality customer experience while working to resolve customer's complaints/enquiries.
Types of calls include: Payments, lost/stolen cards, dispute, fraud, transaction review, digital options, balance transfers
Inbound/Outbound Call Center: 75-100 calls per day
Will transfer more escalated calls to another department
Will work with multiple screens and systems simultaneously to address customer concerns
