Overview

The Conversion Crew serves as part of the event operations and conversions staff before/during/and after events as necessary. Organizes and orchestrates flow of warehouse and related equipment inventory. Serves as an event conversion staff who will move, pickup, deliver, and/or install equipment, furniture, and other materials as assigned/dictated by the event. Hang banners and signage as needed. Assists with facility and event projects. Execute all event set-up and break-down based on event schedule. Assists with the execution of large scale and smaller facility events including athletic competitions, concerts, and community events. Execution of event work may include setting stages, tables, chairs, dasher boards, basketball floor, or other event related needs. Demonstrates first class customer service. Pay Rate: $19.00/hr

Schedule: Includes nights and weekends as dictated by events held in the facilities

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older

Preferred Qualifications:

• Customer Service Experience

• One (1) year of similar work experience

Responsibilities:

• Will move, pickup, and/or deliver equipment, supplies, and other materials related to events.

• Installs event related equipment including tables, chairs, stages, and athletic competition items for basketball, hockey, soccer, or football.

• Facilitates warehouse equipment movement and setup/teardown.

• Help with the construction of event staging, seating risers, event risers, and other event materials.

• Repairs custom equipment as needed. Serves as facility contact to adjust setups, monitor and deliver on-demand event changes and ensure facility is properly set for events.

• Understanding and working knowledge of large venue, facility, or public assembly building operations and maintenance.

• Experience in event management including athletic competitions, musical concerts, community events, and/or filming.

• Experience in the setup, execution, and teardown of events. Demonstrated ability to learn city and state building codes and OSHA work standards. Experience in event management including athletic competitions, musical concerts, community events, and/or filming.
