Description We are offering a position for a Staff Accountant in Phoenix, Arizona. This position will be located in the warehouse accounting commercial operations and pricing department. We are offering a contract employment opportunity for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Daily review and sign off on receiving batches from the warehouse

• Maintain and audit the Arizona Daily Receiving Log bi-monthly

• Identify and resolve discrepancies for receive breaks vs. claims

• Process inventory adjustments and code to code movements after validation

• Log samples received into DC warehouse and image transfer invoices

• Provide BOL to receivers as needed

• Process under threshold receive and breaks

• Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements • Proficiency in data entry tasks and maintaining accurate records

• Advanced knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Familiarity with operations and invoice processing

• Ability to review, audit and make necessary adjustments to financial documents

• Experience with Microsoft Outlook and managing email communication effectively

• Understanding of pricing strategies and claim administration

• Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in financial documents

• Comfortable with video conferencing tools such as Zoom for communication

• Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools and R Code for data analysis

• Familiarity with the 10 Key Skills for data entry tasks

• Willingness to work onsite as per company requirements

• Ability to create and use templates for efficient work processes

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Experience in creating validation plans to ensure data integrity

• Understanding of accounting thresholds and their implications

• Able to perform various accounting functions as per the company's requirements
