Vice President, Talent Management

Aramark is seeking an experienced and visionary Vice President of Talent Management to lead and innovate in our global organization. Reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer, the VP of Talent Management will oversee critical departments including Learning and Leadership Development, Employee Experience and Communications, Early Careers Talent, and Executive Talent. This role with be pivotal in building a leadership development program for managers and above that can scale globally.

The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of hands-on operational expertise and strategic vision. In a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, the VP of Talent Management must navigate complexity with agility, driving initiatives from concept to execution. This individual will be responsible for shaping talent strategy to ensure alignment with organizational goals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development, and cultivating a robust pipeline of executive and early careers talent. The VP of Talent Management has 5 direct reports and leads a team of 19 in addition to managing external partnerships.

Job Responsibilities

? Enhance and innovate on existing global talent management processes.

? Identify gaps and create a strategic roadmap to deliver talent strategies globally.

? Design and implement new and enhanced talent development programs to grow leaders? skills, capabilities, and careers.

? Build on a successful launch of the current Learning & Development program by developing strategies to empower and enhance leaders? capabilities.

? Lead employee communication internally while building a sustainable employee experience model.

? Ensure a best-in-class early careers program that attracts and hires top talent through effective university partnerships.

? Continue the build out of a comprehensive internal executive search function that aligns with organizational goals and culture.

? Work collaboratively with executives and senior leaders across the enterprise to get buy in for successful adoption of all initiatives.

? Build relationships within a highly matrixed and geographically dispersed environment.

Qualifications

? A bachelor?s degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field is required, advanced degree preferred.

? At least ten years of experience in creating and implementing strategic talent plans.

? Five plus years interacting with senior level clients in a dispersed and matrix environment with expertise in change management and building change plans for company initiatives.

? Experience in employee communications, including strategy development and channel management.

? Engaging written communication along with clear and concise verbal communication skills.

Education

Bachelors preferred

Masters preferred
