Description We are on the hunt for a dedicated Project Manager in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The role involves coordinating training logistics, communicating with leadership and learners, maintaining training records, and supporting trainers during training sessions. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to assess the effectiveness of our training programs and suggest improvements. This role is a contract position and offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic industry.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, booking training facilities/rooms, and arranging catering.

• Communicate training calendar requirements and expectations to leadership and learners in a timely manner.

• Maintain training records, including completion forms, evaluations, and feedback using appropriate tracking systems or software.

• Provide administrative assistance, materials preparation, and technical support to trainers during training sessions as needed.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.

• Monitor the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback and performance metrics.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and technologies related to training and development.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Use Microsoft Office Suite: Teams, SharePoint, Word, PPT, PDFs, Excel.

• Display strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Demonstrate ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

• Utilize Learning Management System LMS and PowerBI when necessary. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Power BI

• Experience in providing technical support and workstation support

• Ability to handle materials and manage facility

• Proficient in Human Resources (HR) Administration and Administrative Assistance

• Strong leadership skills and experience in supervising teams

• Excellent scheduling and calendar management skills

• Experience in handling stakeholders and coordinating training programs

• Proficient in implementing best practices in project management

• Experience in KPI reporting and ability to handle manufacturing projects

• Ability to manage catering requirements for events and meetings

• Excellent time management and coordination skills

• Experience in SharePoint Administration

• Knowledge in conducting training sessions for team members
