Software Engineering Lead (Philadelphia, PA): Analyze, design and coordinate development of new IT architecture projects, including enterprise services, middleware and platform for leading provider of employee benefits, absence management and retirement savings solutions for employers and individuals. Partner with Product and Program Management Teams, Enterprise Architecture, and Data Science departments to define customer, business and stakeholder requirements for projects. Coach, mentor and train development teams in Azure, Agile and other methodologies. BS in CS or related field and 5 years experience in insurance industry required.
