Senior Manager, Salesforce Consulting (Multiple Positions), PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Services LLC, Philadelphia, PA. Assist clients in leveraging Salesforce technology to enhance their customer experiences, enable sustainable change, and drive results. Develop custom solutions powered by Salesforce to transform their sales, service, and marketing capabilities by exploring data and identifying trends, managing customer life cycles, strategically building/leveraging online communities, driving employee engagement and collaboration, and connecting directly with channel partners to share goals, objectives, and activities in a secure, branded location. Demonstrate in-depth technical expertise. Establish and maintain client relationships and professional networks.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, plus 6 years of related work experience, of which at least 5 years must be post-bachelors, progressive related work experience.
In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, plus 4 years of related work experience.
Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:
- Designing high-level Integration flows and mock application architecture;
- Establishing frameworks for testing, logging, and error handling;
- Assisting with provisioning of environments and deploying Mule/TIBCO Applications/Proxies; and
- Performing system application implementations or software configurations in technological product suites such as Salesforce.com, SAP, Oracle, Marketo and related cloud and/or on premise ERP business applications.
80% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office.
Domestic and/or international travel up to 80% is required.
