FULLY REMOTE Enrollment Processor

MUST reside in Pennsylvania

Schedule: Full time Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM + OT

Start Date: 8/19

Skills & Qualifications:

-Must provide your own laptop (No macbooks or chrome books)

-High school diploma or equivalent

  • Prior experience within the healthcare industry with a basic knowledge of medical terminology

  • Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel

Description:

The Enrollment Processor is responsible for processing new marketplace enrollments with primary focus on Medicare.

  • Verify eligibility: ensure that applicants meet specific criteria for the programs or services they’re applying for. This involves reviewing documentation and confirming eligibility based on established guidelines.

  • Communicate with members, brokers, and providers to verify enrollment information, as needed.

  • Process enrollment requests: handle incoming applications, collect necessary information, and review supporting materials. This includes verifying completeness, accuracy, and adherence to enrollment procedures.

  • Renew memberships: process renewal paperwork, and update membership status as needed.

  • Maintain accurate data related to program participants, applicants, and members.

  • Complete other administrative duties, as needed.
