How will you make a difference to PMI? PMI is looking for a E-Commerce Product Coordinator who will be responsible for assisting with onboarding product information to the Global eCommerce platform, including the set-up and management of the product catalog, product detail pages (PDPs) and product listing pages (PLPs). You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and compelling product information is presented to customers. What you'll bring to the role: Manage the SKU onboarding process for new products onto our eCommerce platforms. Collaborate with product teams to gather and organize product information, including product data, titles, pricing, descriptions, specifications, images, videos, and other assets. Assist with the creation and maintenance of PDPs and PLPs for new and existing products, ensuring content is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines. Ensure consistent formatting and adherence to brand guidelines across all product pages. Conduct regular audits of product pages to identify and resolve any inconsistencies or errors. Assist with the implementation of A/B testing and optimization strategies for product pages to improve user experience and conversion rates. Monitor and report on the performance of product pages, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Support the development and execution of ecommerce marketing campaigns and promotions. Stay up-to-date with ecommerce trends, best practices, and platform updates. Role Qualifications: Associate degree or equivalent in marketing, business, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or a related field (internships or entry-level positions accepted). Basic understanding of ecommerce platforms and content management systems. Experience with subscription services and/or digital products is a plus.
