Are you a recent graduate looking to launch your career with one of the most successful logistics organizations worldwide? Here at Kuehne+Nagel, our Philadelphia site is looking for a new Air Logistics Healthcare Customer Care Specialist to join our Air Logistics team.
Your Role
As the Customer Service Specialist within the Customer Care Location, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence focus well as serve as provide excellent customer service/support to Kuehne+Nagel’s Healthcare customer base (both existing, new and opportunity). Furthermore, you will use your knowledge on Kuehne + Nagel Products and service offerings to create innovative solutions to meet existing and potential customer needs.
Your Responsibilities
Create and manage documents and system requirements for new customers.
Assist key clients by aligning their queries with our product offerings.
Collaborate to address business-related doubts and create solutions.
Investigate deviations and handle complaints using our systems.
Relay instructions promptly between teams and customers.
Manage payment instructions and disputes when requested.
Track shipments, anticipate issues, and inform clients.
Reports to Customer Care Manager
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
Your Skills and Experiences
Associate's degree or equivalent experience
3+ years Air Logistics experience with 1.5 years of experience in healthcare vertical
Proficient in Microsoft 365
Excellent Communication Skills
