Summary of Responsibilities:
Energize your career at ATC! We’re looking for an Organizational Effectiveness Specialist to support and encourage efficiency, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and promote a culture of continuous improvement across the company.
Essential Responsibilities:
You’ll use your bachelor’s degree in business, operations, engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience to leverage best practices in consulting with process and program owners. As you partner with them on opportunities for increased efficacy and efficiency you’ll maintain a focus on strategic business areas impacted by growth. You will make recommendations from successful business models and measures against leading indicators and partner with business owners to create and implement scalable, repeatable processes and approaches for improving effectiveness across the organization. In addition, you’ll use your experience in process improvement, business process reengineering, or operational excellence roles and strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies to analyze organizational health metrics to drive actions that enable ATC to execute with excellence, collect and analyze performance metrics, KPIs and other relevant data to quantify inefficiencies and measure progress and identify areas of improvement.
