Overview:Loads and unloads cook tanks. Responsible for the monitoring and maintaining integrity of HACCP compliance through cook and chill process according to company specifications.
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Know and understand the Ham Cook Guidelines
Know and understand the Water/Product Temperature Requirements
Know and understand the HACCP Pre-Shipment Requirements
Know and understand the Cook Tank Monitoring Requirements
Know and understand the Cook Tank Probe Calibration
Know and understand the Process Deviation/ Critical Incident Reporting
Must work as a team player, ensuring product specifications are attained in a safe and efficient manner and communicate well with other team members
Assist other departments as assigned by Supervisor/Lead/Manager
Must follow company’s GMP’s, SOP’s, Plant Rules and Policies
Must be able to follow written and oral instructions
Strives to satisfy the requirements of internal and external customers
Responsible for keeping work area clean
Other duties may be assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Read and understand cook & busl charts and thermometer
Must have basic computer skills and be able to navigate software
Must have the ability to produce error free operational documentation
