Elite Contracting Group Inventory Specialist in Petersburg, Virginia
Elite Contracting Group is seeking an Inventory Specialist to join our Central Region Office in Petersburg, Virginia. Elite Contracting Group is one of Virginia's fastest-growing full-service security and resiliency solution integration companies.

Responsibilities:
Track incoming and outgoing products
Track and research warranty and non-warranty repairs
Load and unload deliveries
Manage and maintain an inventory system
Inspect shipments to account for items and identify damaged or mis-ordered inventory
Maintain, clean, and organize the warehouse and assigned areas
Assist Inventory Manager in oversight of facility maintenance
Pick-up and deliver materials as needed
Operate forklift as needed
Qualifications:
Experience utilizing inventory programs/databases to track inventory
Basic understanding of inventory control procedures
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent attention to detail
Strong organization skills
Proven ability to follow through and complete tasks with minimum supervision
Valid driver's license and ability to pass a motor vehicle record check
Must be able to lift 50lbs consistently
Experience operating a forklift; current certification preferred
Ability to pass a criminal background check
