CNC Machine Operator Trainee

Aerotek is now hiring for entry level CNC machine operator and machinist trainees in Peoria, IL! No experience needed and training available. Mechanically inclined? Start your career in the manufacturing machining trade today!

Description:

• Operate CNC machines to produce quality parts

• Load and unload metal parts into machine

• Use hoists to move larger parts

• Inspect parts using precision quality tool including micrometers and calipers

• Read and interpret work orders

• Understand operation of mill and lathe machines

• 2nd shift available

Qualifications:

• Mechanical Aptitude

• Ability to work overtime

• Ability to work with a team

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. daily
