Summary You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the PROGRAMS AND RESOURCES DEPARTMENT of HQ US MARINE CORPS. Responsibilities You will direct and control the administrative functions of Programs and Resources Security Program. You will communicate direction and guidance on security matters to the Programs and Resources Branch Heads and staff. You will implement and enforce the departments Security Program, policies and procedures. You will assist sponsors and newcomers during the on-boarding process; track inbound and outbound assignments. You will serve as the Defense Travel Authorized Officer for the Defense Travel System (DTS). You will assist in the Strategic Workforce Planning and Development. You will review and analyze statistical data and reports on historical trends and future projections. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: experience in general administration to sufficiently enable the onboarding and resignation of personnel; planning, executing, and maintaining Operational Security.
