JCTM LLC ISR SME in Pentagon Arlington, Virginia

The Challenge: Critical decisions are made every single day in aligning our military forces for the future operating environment. What if you could use your Department of Defense (DoD) operational experience and knowledge to assist those efforts?

The DoD is advancing its Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities, with a specific emphasis on providing processes and services to leverage the innovation ecosystem and exploit emerging DoD Information Environment Enterprise capabilities to bolster the Intelligence Warfighting function. ISR Subject Matter Experts (SME's) provide ISR related analysis and research for government, industry, infrastructure, technology, country, geographic area, biographic, and targeted vulnerabilities. ISR SME's develop and maintain analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure maximum operations.

As an ISR SME on our team, you will explore, evaluate, and coordinate for the demonstration of emerging aviation ISR sensor and sensor processing capabilities. You will interact with a broad cross-section of operating forces, force development organizations, and the innovation ecosystem to gain insights regarding operational needs and emerging solutions. You will advise program leaders and draft policy, plans, and strategies to guide the integration of aerial ISR capabilities and resulting data within relevant operating concepts, programs, and systems.

Build Your Career: At JCTM, we know the power of knowledge and experience combined with integrity. When you join JCTM, you are joining a team that empowers their people, does what is right, and believes that every ‘JCTMer’ has a role in helping manage our culture.

Meaningful work – Use your skills, knowledge, experience, and drive to empower change within the United States DoD, the Intelligence Community and our country. Your work will directly support the safety and security of our Nation’s service members.

State-of-the-art technology – Broaden your capabilities while working directly in support of the DoD optimizing emerging technologies and methodologies for successful employment at multiple echelons.

New skills – Alongside a myriad of both technical and functional experts, you can gain practical experience with advanced technologies, emerging tools and concepts, and strategic level implementation.
