Power Integrations QA Technical Associate in Penang, Malaysia
Job Description:
The primary responsibilities will include the following. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
Support Quality Assurance tasks related to customer inquiries, PPAP documentation creation and management, Return material requests (RMR/RMA), Corrective Action submission and tracking, Quality metrics tracking.
Requirements:
Diploma or Associate degree.
Minimum of 4-6 years of working experience.
Customer service experience
Experience with document management
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic working environment
Added Advantage:
PPAP or other technical documentation experience
Experience working with technical teams
Experience supporting automotive customers
