About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own, build, and optimize HubSpot, our CRM system. This role includes ensuring it serves as a powerful engine for our customer service, product, growth, and automation teams. In this role, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally to identify, document, and implement improvements, build workflows, streamline integrations, and drive operational efficiency. You will also be responsible for writing requirements, managing technical implementations, and guiding contractors where needed. The ideal candidate is highly technical, detail-oriented, and strategic, with a deep understanding of HubSpot’s capabilities and how they align with business needs.
Worksite: this is an on-site role with the requirement to be in the office at least 3 times per week.
*Remote location (outside of commuting distance to the office) will be considered for a qualified candidate.
Duties:
Own and optimize HubSpot to support customer service, sales, growth, and marketing initiatives. Act as the HubSpot administrator and be responsible for all new user setups and deactivation, including data transfers for deactivated users.
Take over all the workflows, integrations, and automation built currently, create an inventory, and assess for optimization opportunities.
Build and refine workflows & dashboards to improve automation, lead management, and customer engagement. Build layouts, reports, process automation, and other configurable parts of the interface for end-users, and other capabilities including Flows and Processes, Workflow Rules & Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Custom Objects Configuration, Security Controls, Third-party integrations.
Work on system implementation projects including requirements, documentation, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, issue identification, and resolution.
Develop and manage integrations between HubSpot and other tools & applications (e.g., data warehouses, Talkdesk, email and marketing automation, PV1/PV2 platforms).
Work cross-functionally with teams including Customer Service, Product, Growth, and Automation to identify and prioritize CRM improvements.
Build and implement a prioritization process in partnership with the Director of Product. Provide visibility into the queue and reprioritize as needed.
Write clear, structured requirements for technical implementations, whether for internal teams or external contractors.
Provide technical direction to developers and contractors working on integrations, automation, and workflow customization.
Ensure data integrity by implementing best practices for lead management, segmentation, and reporting.
Stay up to date with HubSpot updates and new features to continuously enhance our CRM capabilities.
Work on other product and project needs as assigned by the leadership.
Kindly note: we are specifically looking for candidates with hands-on experience in HubSpot, not just general CRM experience. If you are not a HubSpot SME or do not have extensive knowledge of HubSpot's ecosystem, this role is not the right fit. We need someone who can hit the ground running with HubSpot immediately. If you meet these criteria and are a true HubSpot expert, we encourage you to apply!
Compensation:
The Expected base pay range for the role will be $110,000-$150,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, geographical location, and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include discretionary bonus and other Cover Whale-sponsored total rewards/benefits.
*This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
