Kelsey-Seybold Clinic HR Business & Systems Specialist in Pearland, Texas

Responsibilities

The HR Business & Systems Specialist is responsible for supporting the maintenance and administration of the Human Resources module of the Infor ERP system and implementing new processes. Additionally, this position is responsible for data entry, auditing and maintenance to support the department’s metrics dashboard. This incumbent will support the HR department in process documentation, planning, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of all systems in the Human Resources department.

Salary Range: $ 64,369 - $79,496 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)

Qualifications

Education

Required: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or comparable HRIS experience

Preferred: N/A

Experience

Required: 2+ years of experience in an area of Human Resources

1+ years of HRIS and or complex reporting experience

Preferred: HRIS experience specific to Lawson

Knowledge of general HR practices

License(s)

Required: N/A

Preferred: Lawson user certification

Special Skills

Required: N/A

Preferred: Lawson and / or Kronos

Other

Required: Exceptionally detail oriented.

Highly analytical with the ability to analyze and interpret data.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees / management

Preferred: Advanced proficiency in Access.
