Job Description Primary Function of Position

The Senior Analyst manages Space Data for KPIs and future space needs. They report to the Manager of Planning Operations, Analytics Reporting. Responsibilities include examining occupancy data and conducting space studies. They collaborate with stakeholders to implement space planning solutions. Success depends on communication, data analysis, and solution development.

Essential Job Duties Studying data on occupancy, space use, and workplace trends to find areas for improvement and suggest changes based on data. Tracking space plans' effectiveness and occupancy trends guides ongoing space optimization efforts through regular reports with insights. Root cause anomalies and implement controls to reduce errors Build project plans to support the Planning Team Goals to address data accuracy and metrics Provide clear communication to the team on project status, critical path, and any dependencies Assist in driving change management in Space Operations as it pertains to data management Build relationships across Intuitive to understand data best practices Maintain real-time and up-to-date space data and utilization - Complete project sections as directed: understand goals, find resources, meet deadlines, share progress, present results for that part. Qualifications Required Skills and Experience Problem-solving and general SYSTEMATIC skills Ability to communicate with all levels of employees and Executive Management Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and prioritize work Ability to work in ambiguous situations with little direction Ability to work in a team environment Proven ability to manage, influence and work well at all levels of an organization and in a cross-functional team environment Demonstrated ability to synthesize data, set actionable goals, and drive metrics and execution

Required Education and Training Minimum Bachelor's degree in finance, operations, and facility management is preferred. Proficiency in MS Excel, Tableau (Prep), Smartsheets, Snowflake, SQL. Prior work experience within engineering, accounting, business, auditing, or consulting firms Ability to communicate with executive management Data analytics skills
