We are looking for Global Product Manager – Smart Building SaaS Solutions. This position will be based at Peachtree Corners, Atlanta, GA.

The Global Product Manager will be responsible for the market success, product development, and scaling of our SaaS offerings in Energy Management and Sustainability. This role requires a strong technical background, preferably with a doctorate in the Energy domain, and extensive experience in agile product development. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams including Customers, Sales, UX, R&D, Marketing, and Finance to drive product innovation and market success.Inset bullet points of overall responsibility – what will that person have to accomplish in this role.

  • Lead the global product development and launch of SaaS solutions for smart buildings in energy management and sustainability.

  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure agile product development processes are followed and optimized.

  • Work closely with UX designers, Sales, and Customers to create user-centric product experiences.

  • Partner with R&D to drive innovation and leverage cutting-edge technologies.

  • Coordinate with Sales and Marketing to develop go-to-market strategies and support product commercialization.

  • Engage with Finance to align product development with financial goals and budgets.

  • Drive data-driven business models to enhance product value and customer satisfaction.

  • Focus on energy and sustainability domains, including efficiency projects, building automation, and energy flexibility.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field;

  • Proven experience in global SaaS product development and launch.

  • Strong understanding of energy management, sustainability, and decarbonization.

  • Experience working in the building automation and energy flexibility sectors.

  • Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and drive agile product development.

  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.

  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Doctorate degree is preferred.

  • Experience in efficiency projects and building automation systems.

  • Knowledge of data-driven business models and their application in SaaS products.

  • Familiarity with global market dynamics and emerging regulatory requirements in the energy and sustainability sectors.

  • Experience in IoT, building automation, protocols, connectivity, and data models.

  • The pay range for this position is $120,200 – $162,400. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
