Job Description

Our client is seeking am Alliance Manager of Business Development.

This position is fully remote. Candidates must live in one of the following states: Georgia, Florida, Texas, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Kansas, Ohio, Nevada, Illinois, Oklahoma, North Carolina or Arkansas)

* Identify, build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with new and existing partners.

* Work closely with strategic partners to identify joint business opportunities to increase customer value and drive revenue growth.

* Lead proposal efforts and sell BSI's value proposition.

* Manage multiple partner alliances.

* Responsible for ongoing partner satisfaction. Manage partner expectations, communications, escalations to product support, feedback, etc.

* Develop relationships with key partner executives.

* Provide accessibility for day-to-day contact for partners on business matters.

* Contribute to business terms of partner deals.

* Collaborate with Marketing to track and communicate key industry trends, analysis and actionable insights to enhance/strengthen partnership opportunities.

* Work directly with internal stakeholders to follow through and maintain partnerships.

* Strive to be an expert on competitive solutions and services

* Represent company by attending industry and partner events.

Skills and Requirements

* Bachelors degree (preferred)

* 10+ years experience in Management

* Payroll/HR Industry Expertise required

* Knowledge of Salesforce

* Experience with major HCM vendors (SAP, Workday, Peoplesoft, Oracle, UKG, ADP, Ceridian, Sage, Infor, Paycom, Gusto)

* Willing to travel up to 30%

* Demonstrated experience working with SaaS agreements. null
