ManpowerGroup Machine Operator 3 in Peabody, Massachusetts

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator 3

Location: Peabody, MA

Schedule: Mon-Fri / 7:00am - 3:30pm

Pay Range: $16 - $23 (Based on skills and experience)

What's the Job?

  • Set up and operate a variety of SMT machines including screen printing, paste inspection, and Pick & Place equipment used in the production of Printed Circuit Boards.

  • Experience working with Universal, Panasonic, and Juki type equipment is a plus.

  • Set up equipment on the SMT line from the screen printer to the oven.

  • Ensure quality and efficiency in the production process.

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Printed Circuit Board experience

  • A minimum of 3 years related experience operating/running SMT machines.

  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
